I’m so glad you’re here! Let me introduce myself. I’m Christy Kinnion Hanthorn (soon to be O’Brian), and I help professionals get hired and get ahead.

With 20+ years of experience in writing, teaching, and corporate communication, I bring a practical, real-world approach to career consulting, résumé development, and workplace training. I’ve supported individuals across industries—tech, education, healthcare, construction, and more—at every stage of their career journey, from job seekers and recent grads to executives and entrepreneurs.

I also work with organizations to strengthen internal communication through targeted writing workshops, corporate training, and custom sessions on topics like AI integration and effective messaging in the modern workplace.
